Timeline for 2-year key performance indicators (KPIs)

Year 1

Our focus in project year one is in proof of concept through pilot enrollments and sales, ICO for stakeholder engagement, and launch of an MVP mobile app that aligns with scientific asseguration methods.

• Register The Savimbo Project on an internationally recognized verification registry for reforestation projects (Verra and Gold Standard preferred, but subnational ART or REDD+ standalone site also desirable).

• Enroll >1,000 hectares of Indigenous farming lands for reforestation

• Enroll >1,000 hectares of Indigenous farming lands for biodiversity credits

• Build a token + physical tag that adequately represents one Amazonian tree in the decentralized economy - one token, one tree.

• ICO token launch from legally-authorized global entity.

• Build an MVP decentralized mobile app that adequately captures the growth of individual trees from month to month and can replace industry-standard validation (which is drone-operated lidar).

• Launch Web3, literacy, and influencer marketing plans.

Year 2

Our focus in project year two is ease-of-use, social proof, and word-of-mouth scaling.

• Build a decentralized mobile DAO software that the local indigenous tribes can use to self-manage undeveloped conserved jungle.

• Build a consumer web interface that organizations and individuals can use to purchase, monitor, and trade Tonne-Year carbon credits.

• Strategic partnerships with conservation advocacy groups, womens/Indigenous rights groups, and fair-trade organizations.

• Decentralized seller signups with pilot launches via partnering organizations in Africa, Latin America, New Guinea, and Southeast Asia.
