Early product design for Savimbo app and web interface

We are building a tool, anyone in the world can use, to participate in the emerging international economy of green-carbon offsets.
Product interfaces include:
Mobile app. App that can scan and track individual trees with the help of Blocktag tags at the level of the individual tree. Apps can run off-line and be uploaded later but require independent geocode validation with satelite gps coordinates.
Web platform. Sales platform with easy buying web interface for carbon tokens, and real-time reporting on offset performance and trading value (for secondary market traders).
Drone photogrammetry. Once-yearly ariel drone capture of tree plantations >10 ha.
This emerging market is ideally aligned with a Web3 platform solution. Blockchain allows collaborating parties with competing needs to transact with high trust. It also enables collective bargaining and communal benefits.
With Web3 we can tokenize an emerging marketplace in the Columbian Amazon for:
Reforestation of jungle-adjacent farmland (carbon sequestration)
Preservation of pristine native jungle (biodiversity conservation)
The parties we seek to enable on this platform right now cannot transact directly. They include multinational oil corporations, Indigenous groups with native lands in pristine jungle, Colombian subsistence farmers, international academic and research groups, pharmaceutical companies, nonprofits/NGOs, and individual conservationists. These groups have historically competing interests, are bilaterally low trust, cross language barriers, use incompatible currencies, utilize dramatically different transaction scales, have different attitudes toward scientific “truth”, and in many cases, hold diametrically opposed values.
However these parties share three needs: they need to sequester carbon, preserve biodiversity, and prove that they did so. We can give these parties the ability to transact, to global benefit. Web3 technologies such as blockchain, smart contracts, cryptocurrencies and DAOs can enable smart-contracts, bundled sales, scientific validation, trust and transparency, and communal profit from communal goods. Additionally, by using Web3 technologies to transact real-world value we increase the value of other Web3 technologies, beyond cryptocurrency trading and into fungible creation of real-world value.
We are utilizing four innovations:
Tracking trees with blockchain. Tracking individual trees in mobile-administered blockchain to prove they are planted and growing.
Crypto wallets on mobile. Many individual farmers don't use fiat or have bank accounts but they do have access to mobile smartphones and satellite internet on a monthly/weekly basis. We offer bundled crypto-enabled transactions with multinationals without intermediaries with smart contracts.
DAOs for land conservation. A portion of project funds are dedicated to the formation of locally administered Land DAOs which act in concert with Savimbo to administer funds for locally-created preservation zones. These independent DAOs will be formed using the most appropriate legal structure to the region and the existing organizational structure but must include >3 families and will utilize the same technology as per collective agreement.
Example seller onboarding protocols (replanting).
Tokenizing the transactions. Each tree = 1 SV-T Tree NFT, each ton of atmospheric carbon 1 SV-C Carbon FT, if sequestered for 1 year it converts to fungible SV-C+ state (see Tokenomics). Buyers buy a token representing one ton of atmospheric carbon, then "rent" tree storage from the farmer annually to accumulate a positive ton-year carbon offset in the token.
